Terms of service

Users must agree to the following terms to enable us to deliver a good and fair game.

User accounts

You can have a maximum of one living user account. You can not sell, trade, or share your account. You can only play on your account. Do not share your login details with other people.

Behavior in the game

Use must occur without personal attacks, discriminatory, offensive, racist, and similar attitudes.

There are players of all age groups on the game, so use the communication channels accordingly. Spamming in the form of unnecessary or inappropriate messages must not occur.

You must not share personal information about others unless you have permission from the person concerned.

Information for contact through other services must not be published or shared in the game unless you fully control which users will receive this information. For example, you cannot direct users to contact you on skype or discord in a post you make on the forum.

You may not impersonate another specific person or a person associated with the game's operation.

There must never be threats that others can mistake for threats in reality.

Ads

You may not advertise or promote services or products unless this has been explicitly allowed by Mafia Feud.

Playing the game

Playing the game must be done manually through a browser or the official applications. It is not permitted to automate the gameplay in any way or to modify the game.

The reccomended minimum age for playing the game is 18 years as it contains simulated gambling businesses and references drugs in text.

Errors in the game

Suppose you discover an error that affects how the game functions or develops. In that case, you must immediately report the error to in-game support or the e-mail address [email protected]. You must not share information about the error with others until we have corrected the error.

Selling and buying

You can not engage in trades or exchanges where things outside the game are traded for in-game values. The only exceptions are buying points from the game or purchasing images for use inside the game for in-game values.

Use of invitation links

You can only use invitation links to create a new account if you have never played the game before.

Access to the game

Suppose you do not follow these terms or, in our opinion, ruin the gaming experience for other users. In that case, we can limit the available functionality, reduce values or ban your user account or you from the game.

The game is delivered as-is and might contain errors and sometimes be inaccessible.

Privacy

Before you use the game and create a user account, you must have read through and understood how we process personal data.

Purchasing points

It is possible to buy points in the game for real money. You can use points to get various advantages in the game. You will find examples of use on the order page. Mafia Feud is not responsible for what happens to the points after you have received them on your user account.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund policy

You may ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase if the usage of the purchased points has not begun. Purchased points must be returned in full. You can request a refund by contacting support using the in-game support feature or at [email protected].

Feel free to contact our in-game support or [email protected] if you have any problems or complaints.

Conflict resolution

If we are not able to resolve an dispute on our own, then you are free to contact The Consumer Authority in Norway.

The developer of the game is registered in Norway(996367223MVA).

Update to these terms

The terms are subject to change, and they come into effect one week after it is changed here.
