Families

Families are an important part of the game that can give members and the family advantages or values.

Starting a family

When you start a family, the family gets three days of protection from attacks, including the day it was created. This defence allows the family to build defences and gain influence points before attacks.

You must wait 15 days after you last created a family before you can create a family again. There is also a limit on the number of families that can be created in the game.

Running a family

As the owner of a family, you must take care of several things. The family needs defence to protect itself from bombing and influence points in influence wars.

If the family has less than 10,000 XP within a day, it will lose 10% of its defence.

Rewards for active families

The three most active families during the day will receive money at midnight(in-game time). The money is distributed to the family leader and the five most active members of the family based on today's XP.

Family war

Family Wars allows anyone to attack a family with bombs. If a family runs out of defence due to the bombing, the family will be shut down. When the family is out of influence points and is shown as weakened on the statistics page, bombs are seven times as effective as usual. There are also weapons you can buy that increase the effectiveness of bombs.

The influence war functionality allows one family to attack another with influence points. If a family is without influence points at midnight(in-game time) three times in a row, the family is weakened, and the effectiveness of bombs increases.

Influence points

Your family is awarded influence points at midnight(game time) based on the activity of the members of the family. For every 100 XP members in the family earn, the family gets one influence point, but only if the family has earned more than 10,000 XP in total.

The statistics page shows how much XP the family has acquired today.

When you or someone else in your family kills a member of another family, your family takes 25% of the influence points from the victim's family.

Family businesses

Families can activate temporary upgrades using influence points and family businesses. Company income can be increased by 15%, and defence for all members can be made 15% stronger.

Different roles in a family can give some users access to more features in the family.

Roles in families

Membership applications to family

When an application is sent to a family, you have the opportunity to send more additional information about your company and finances.

This information includes:

  • The number of customers you have at the tobacco company.
  • Gambling profits/losses.
  • Your hourly company income.
  • The amount of defence you have.

Ending a family

A family can be ended in three ways:

  • The family runs out of defence as a result of bombing.
  • The leader gets killed.
  • The leader ends the family.
