Properties
You can own and earn money from several properties in the game by offering services to other players. You can own a maximum of two properties at a time.
If you are inactive for more than 96 hours, your assets can be put up for sale on E-Pay.
There is one of each asset in each city in the game.
Airport
As the owner of the airport, you have the opportunity to change the price for private flights. Private jets reduce the waiting time to fly again from 25 minutes to 5 minutes.
When someone flies from your airport, your airport will receive 80% of the money paid to the airport. If the private plane is not used, you will receive 50% of the money that was used.
Jail
As the owner of the jail, you have the opportunity to change the price inmates must pay to be released. Your prison receives 50% of the money inmates spend on parole.
Dices
Dice lets you gamble against other players. The person with the highest combined number on the dice wins. Your property gets 1% of the bet if someone completes a bet in the city where you own the dice table.
Gym
When you own a gym, you can sell space in your gym to anyone who trains at the Fight club in the city where you own the gym.
You can choose the price per training session and receive 90% of the money spent at your gym. It is important to regularly buy equipment for your gym so that it does not run out.
Bullet factory
As the owner of the bullet factory, you receive 10% of the money spent on buying bullets from the bullet factory in the city where you own the bullet factory.
17 - 70 bullets enter the bullet factories in the game every hour, and an extra 100 - 200 bullets at midnight(game time). The number of bullets available is shared among cities.
Coin toss, horse racing, and blackjack
These assets allow other players to play against your property. If your property does not have enough money to cover the rewards, the property itself will be distributed as a prize.
50% of the profit is deducted as tax if a family has not set the tax rate in the city. Families can increase their tax rate by 5%, making the total tax 55%.
